Your Role Within the Team
As a Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care, you will play an essential role in the success of our medical team by providing comprehensive, personalized care in close collaboration with our family physicians.
More specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Providing primary care consultations, including the assessment of patients of all ages
- Evaluating, diagnosing, and ensuring follow‑up for common health issues
- Identifying situations requiring referral or specialized management
- Contributing to preventive care, screening, and health promotion
- Acting as a resource person for the team, sharing expertise, and collaborating with physicians
- Documenting interventions in the electronic medical record and adhering to professional standards
Desired Profile
- Master’s degree in Clinical Sciences (Nursing) and a graduate‑level diploma in Primary Care
- Member in good standing of the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ)
- Authorized to practice as a Nurse Practitioner
- Strong interpersonal skills, sound clinical judgment, and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to work effectively within a dynamic team environment
