The Centre Médical Pauzé Ferdais was founded in Bromont in November 2011. Dr. Pauzé and Dr. Ferdais wanted to establish their own medical clinic, offering a different approach to healthcare than the hospital setting, with work schedules that allowed them to spend more time with their families. They therefore chose to operate outside of the RAMQ system.
In 2014, we opened a branch in Sherbrooke to meet the needs of our growing clientele in the Eastern Townships.
At the beginning, our team consisted of five people, including the physicians. Gradually, the medical team expanded. Today, in addition to our administrative staff, we have a team of seven family physicians, three nurses, and one laboratory technician. With the increasing demand for this type of healthcare, we are always looking for physicians who share our approach, as well as administrative staff eager to join our team.
In July 2017, we relocated our Bromont clinic to the Eurêka building at 26 Bromont Boulevard, offering greater convenience and proximity to Highway 10. In the fall of 2021, to meet the needs of future patients referred by our current clientele, we doubled the size of the Bromont clinic to welcome additional physicians and specialists.
Our values are human, warm, and family-oriented. We want both our employees and our patients to feel these connections. Honesty, trust, and working in a positive atmosphere are very important to us. Since 2011, our patient-centered approach and customer service have contributed to the growing demand for our subscription-based healthcare model.
