As General Manager, my role is to support my team and ensure that the winning conditions are in place to guarantee the satisfaction of our valued clientele.
With experience as a director in a large corporation and as a business owner, I understand full well the challenges of entrepreneurship, customer service, and SME operations.
From 2017 to 2024, I was co-owner of the VéloGare sports shop in Granby. In 2023, I was honored to be chosen for the "Mon boss c'est le meilleur" initiative by the R3USSIR group. Previously, I worked at Bell Canada from 2004 to 2016. As a director, I was responsible for service contracts and annual strategic planning for the information technology group.
A great outdoor enthusiast, cycling and skiing are my two passions. See you on the roads or on the slopes!
