Your Role Within the Team
As a Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care, you will play an essential role in the success of our medical team by providing comprehensive, personalized care in close collaboration with our family physicians.
More specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Monitor patients in collaboration with doctors
- Collaborating with doctors and the team in the care of our patients
- Participating in the evolution of the nursing service
- Perform blood tests
- Installing and monitoring electrocardiograms
- Conduct consultations for immunization and travel health
- Administering injections
- Monitor blood pressure
- Providing education on diabetes and hypertension
- Perform Pap tests and allergy tests
- Document interventions in the electronic medical record and adhere to professional standards.
Desired Profile
- Relevant experience of 10 years or more is a very important asset
- DEC in nursing techniques or Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Member in good standing of the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ);
- Human approach, keen clinical sense and collaborative spirit;
- Ability to work effectively within a dynamic team environment

Desired Profile
- Master’s degree in Clinical Sciences (Nursing) and a graduate‑level diploma in Primary Care
- Member in good standing of the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ)
- Authorized to practice as a Nurse Practitioner
- Strong interpersonal skills, sound clinical judgment, and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to work effectively within a dynamic team environment

Your Role Within the Team
As a Family Physician, you will contribute to the success of our medical team by providing comprehensive, personalized care to our patients in a setting that prioritizes clinical quality and meaningful time with each individual.
More specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Providing medical consultations, follow‑up care, and preventive services
- Taking on new patients enrolled in our membership‑based plans
- Acting as a resource for the team and collaborating with fellow physicians
- Supporting the clinic’s presence and reputation within the community
- Promoting health and wellness among both existing and new patients
- Documenting interventions in the electronic medical record and adhering to professional standards
Desired Profile
- Family Physician in good standing with the Collège des médecins du Québec
- Non‑participating RAMQ status is preferred; otherwise, in certain cases, we can support you in your application with Santé Québec
- Strong interpersonal skills, sound clinical judgment, and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to work effectively within a dynamic team environment
