To meet this increasing demand, we are seeking a Family Physician who is passionate about community‑based care, human connection, and practicing in a stimulating environment free from administrative burden.

Your Role Within the Team

As a Family Physician, you will contribute to the success of our medical team by providing comprehensive, personalized care to our patients in a setting that prioritizes clinical quality and meaningful time with each individual.

More specifically, you will be responsible for:

• Providing medical consultations, follow‑up care, and preventive services
• Taking on new patients enrolled in our membership‑based plans
• Acting as a resource for the team and collaborating with fellow physicians
• Supporting the clinic’s presence and reputation within the community
• Promoting health and wellness among both existing and new patients
• Documenting interventions in the electronic medical record and adhering to professional standards

Desired Profile

• Family Physician in good standing with the Collège des médecins du Québec
• Non‑participating RAMQ status is preferred; otherwise, in certain cases, we can support you in your application with Santé Québec
• Strong interpersonal skills, sound clinical judgment, and a collaborative mindset
• Ability to work effectively within a dynamic team environment
