Your Role Within the Team
As a Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care, you will play an essential role in the success of our medical team by providing comprehensive, personalized care in close collaboration with our family physicians.
More specifically, you will be responsible for:
Monitor patients in collaboration with doctors
Collaborating with doctors and the team in the care of our patients
Participating in the evolution of the nursing service
Perform blood tests
Installing and monitoring electrocardiograms
Conduct consultations for immunization and travel health
Administering injections
Monitor blood pressure
Providing education on diabetes and hypertension
Perform Pap tests and allergy tests
Document interventions in the electronic medical record and adhere to professional standards.
Desired Profile
Relevant experience of 10 years or more is a very important asset
DEC in nursing techniques or Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Member in good standing of the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ);
Human approach, keen clinical sense and collaborative spirit;
Ability to work effectively within a dynamic team environment
