Votre rôle au sein de l’équipe
À titre d’infirmière(er) en soins de première ligne, vous contribuerez activement au succès de notre équipe médicale en offrant des services personnalisés en étroite collaboration avec nos médecins omnipraticiens.
Concrètement, vous serez appelé(e) à
Suivre les patients en collaboration avec les médecins
Collaborer avec les médecins et l’équipe dans la prise en charge de nos patients
Participer à l’évolution du service infirmier
Effectuer des prises de sang
Installer et suivre des électrocardiogrammes
Effectuer des consultations pour immunisation et santé voyage
Administrer des injections
Faire des suivis de la pression artérielle
Faire de l’enseignement sur le diabète et l’hypertension
Réaliser des Pap tests et de tests d’allergie
Documenter les interventions dans le dossier médical électronique et respecter les normes professionnelles.
Profil recherché
Expérience pertinente de 10 ans ou plus est un atout très important
DEC en techniques infirmières ou Baccalauréat en sciences infirmières
Membre en règle de l’Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ);
Approche humaine, sens clinique aiguisé et esprit collaboratif;
Capacité à travailler en équipe dans un environnement dynamique.
